Staff members select their preferred coach and schedule a one-hour introductory session. During this session, they build rapport, identify long-term goals, and clarify their 100-day focus.
Step 2:
Coaches provide 15-30 minute follow-ups to track progress, adjust strategies, and offer guidance.
Step 3:
At the end of the 100-day cycle, staff members can set a new focus area or refine their current goals.
Pricing Structure:
$100 monthly retainer per church.
$50 per session, billed monthly.
All fees paid by the church so staff members benefit from the service for free.
