This service is designed for church staff members and their spouses who are seeking to improve their work-life balance, leadership skills, and overall well-being in both their personal and ministry lives.

We prioritize confidentiality rigorously. Nothing shared in coaching sessions is recorded or reported back to the church. Our coaches adhere to strict confidentiality agreements to ensure a safe and private environment.

Coaching can be very expensive. Fortunately, as a non-profit organization, we have generous donors who cover the majority of the costs, so your church doesn’t have to destroy its budget to take care of your team. What each church pays depends on the size of the staff team, but in every case is a budget friendly amount.

Once your church subscribes to our service, all staff members and their spouses will receive an email with access credentials to our online course library, which they can use at their own pace.

When a member of your team books their first call with us, they will complete a short and simple intake form to give us more details about their unique needs and objectives. We will then assign them to a ministry coach that will be the best fit.

G6 Allies works with a growing team of pastors and pastors wives who are seasoned ministry practitioners. Many of them have have undergone additional training and certification through the American Association of Christian Counselors. All of our coaches operate from a Christian worldview and affirm G6 Allies’ Statement of Faith.
