I'm interested in purchasing Vibrant. How does it work?
Just click “Buy Now” on this page. When you go to checkout, you’ll be asked to enter the name and mailing address of the person to whom you are sending a Vibrant Box. You’ll also be able to enter a personalized note that we will include in the box. Make it anonymous, or tell her who sent it - it is up to you! Then about a week later, your pastor’s wife will receive her box in the mail.
OK, I signed up. When will my box ship?
Vibrant boxes will ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Delivery times vary but typically, your box will arrive within a week or so. If you need it sooner, please contact us to inquire about expedited shipping.
Can you tell me what exactly comes in the Box?
Each season the contents of the box change. In general, a Vibrant Box will include 4 or 5 items including things like candles, cosmetics, teas, jewelry, and other fun things that will bring joy and encouragement to your pastor’s wife. Plus, each box includes stories and writings from other pastor’s wives as they share words of inspiration and support.
What if some of the items in my box are damaged/broken during shipping?
Occasionally something gets damaged in transit. If something arrives broken, don't worry; we'll take care of it. Just send us an email and let us know what's wrong. Then we will handle the details of returning the damaged products and getting a replacement at no additional cost.
Can I make a donation to give a Box to another pastor’s wife?
Of course! If you want to help subsidize the cost of Vibrant and/or make a box available completely free to another pastor’s wife, just click here to make a tax-deductible gift. As you are entering your information, simply select “Vibrant” from the dropdown box of the available ministries.
